There was a temporary server issue on the evening of 11/9/23 that caused Task Agent jobs for a small number of clients to fail. While most of those jobs resumed processing as normal at the next scheduled run time, some of the Import/Export jobs remained stuck indefinitely in an invalid state. Affected task agents did not trigger their scheduled import/export jobs between 11/10/23 and 11/15/23.
Today, we took steps to identify the stuck jobs and reset them so that future jobs run as scheduled. We are also taking additional steps to both prevent the failure condition and more quickly resolve job failures.
