Investigating - We are investigating an intermittent issue with users being unable to view Course Analyses in the Courses App. Affected users will also be unable to view the section updated timestamp.

Monitoring - We have identified and corrected an issue with SIS data processing on 8/11/25 to 8/12/25. Affected mascots will see stale or delayed data as our data pipelines process the backlog of ingested data.

The root issue has been resolved. Access to Astra Schedule sites in Canada should now be restored. We're currently monitoring the issue at this time.

Around 5:00 AM Central time we received an alert indicating an issue communicating with our Astra Schedule application server in the Canadian region. Amazon has acknowledged an issue in the region and is active working to restore connectivity. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide timely updates here.
